I write to keep my sanity.I published my first story in a magazine during my sophomore year in High School; a nice little horror story about a ghost dog and revenge against his murderer. Very lurid and very gory.
My addiction to writing stories was born.
At the same time, I also discovered the horrors of the typewriter. After struggling with the fact that I had to retype Every Page to correct one mistake, I went back to notebooks and the erasable pen that had just been invented.
The 'word processor had also been invented but money was tight. I would have to wait until I could afford the cost of a personal computer before ever typing again.
I finally began writing again in 2000 when I got my grubby little paws on my own personal computer, a battered laptop that barely supported windows 95 and Word 98.
Strangely enough, my stories are well received. Even better, people want me to write more - they like my characters. Fan mail is a wonderful thing! About a year ago I began to work for an adult entertainment internet company. I also became associate editor for a regional adult entertainment magazine 'V2'. wrote promotional material for my company and became published in Klixxx Magazine and AVN Online magazine. It is a very heady experience to pick up a major magazine and see your name in print.
These days, I am looking to break into book publishing...
For me, Writing is more than a passion, it's an obsession.
