Chapter one – acquiring a patient

He’d spotted her as soon as he walked in, this was unusual for him. As a rule he hated the slave auctions but it was the best way to get a girl that was trained, or partially at least.

The last one hadn’t been but that was why he was never going to let his brother go alone again.

He usually spent more time looking round, talking to the sellers, but this time he’d known immediately that this was the one, and he knew that by this afternoon she would be his. He was rich, money wouldn’t be a problem and he would bid as high as it took.

       She was young, maybe 17 or 18, perfectly in proportion and blonde. She had a cute face and held her shoulders back walking as elegantly as a catwalk model, dressed in a tight leather thong and bra she radiated beauty.

He smiled to himself as she caught his eye, that was what he was looking for, they betrayed her and he saw the humiliation she felt at being paraded around like a piece of meat.

He won, as he knew he would.

They were now sat in the front of his truck as he drove back to the house. He glanced over to her, even now dressed in a t-shirt and jeans she looked hot.

He knew from the auction forms she had just turned 18, she was fully trained and been taken orally, virginally and analy.

He also knew her last master had called her Slut. “What was your name before you became a slave” he asked.

She looked shocked but recovered quickly enough “Cassie master” she answered.

“Then that is what I shall call you” he said “you may call me Doctor”.

They continued driving in silence for sometime, the truth was he wanted to see if she would say anything or ask where they were headed, but she didn’t and he was pleased.

“The house is in the middle of nowhere, my brother and I like privacy and we will not be disturbed” she’d jumped slightly at the sound of his voice “yes Doctor” she’d whispered.

“I have your room prepared and you will eat and then go straight to bed do you understand” He asked. “Yes Doctor” she said again as they turned into a long driveway with what looked like a mansion at the end of it.

Dinner had been good, the doctor and his brother had asked a few questions about her life before, she didn’t really care to remember school and friends and the life she’d had before her uncle had sold her aged 16 to her last master.

She hadn’t realised what had happened at first, shed been taught to clean and cook, then one night he had crept into her room and stolen her virginity, the months that followed had been endless rounds of training, sex and photo shoots, until before she knew it she was 18 and her master had come home with a new girl younger than she and then today the auction.

       

She lay in the dark; she’d only managed to get a quick glimpse of the room before the doctor had told her to get some sleep, turned the light off and locked the door.

It had looked like a hospital room, there was a bathroom at one end with a drain in the floor and a shower on the far wall, the toilet had been to the right she remembered. The bed had an iron frame and had also looked like a hospital bed, her stomach churned at the thought of what that meant, but suddenly she just felt very very tired.

About 10 minutes later the door to the room opened and the doctor and his brother walked in, the doctor had known she wouldn’t notice the bitter taste of the sleeping tablets in her dinner. “Well Joe what do you think?” he asked his brother.

“perfect, just perfect” Joe smiled.

Chapter Two – Preparation

The first thing she became aware of was Joe the Doctors brother staring down at her, she became instantly alert “no need to look alarmed” he said smiling at her.

“I want you to get up and shower, leave your clothes on the bed and I will leave something for you to wear” he ordered

“Yes master” she answered as he was leaving.

Once the door was locked she stripped off quickly leaving her clothes in a neat pile on the bed. She wasn’t even aware of the tiny cameras watching her every move as she walked into the bathroom, she realised that she badly needed to pee and just as she reached to lift up the toilet seat she saw Joe in the doorway “go ahead” he nodded towards the toilet.

Blushing slightly she sat down and began to pee, Joe handed her a piece of tissue and she used it, stood up and flushed the toilet.

“Now kneel down on all fours facing the shower” Joe commanded.

Doing as she was told Cassie knelt on the cold tiled flood, this meant she had her back to the door and couldn’t see what Joe was wheeling into the room. She risked a glance over her shoulder and saw he was bringing in an enema set, the full bag hung from the stand and it was by far the largest enema bag she had ever seen.

He saw her looking, “nosey little thing aren’t you” he said striding over and pushing her head down onto the cold floor so that her ass was high in the air.

Returning behind her she heard him attaching clips and nozzles to the bag. Then she heard the unmistakable sound of him snapping on latex gloves before he crouched down and used one gloved hand to part her ass cheeks, using the other he pulled the tray of instruments closer and dipped his fingers in the lubricant.

“Relax” was all he said as he began to rub the lubricant onto the outside of her anus.

She took a sharp intake of breath as he pushed his gloved finger slowly inside her although it didn’t really hurt as it was nowhere hear as big as the things her last master used in her.

She felt him withdraw his finger and then the enema nozzle was pushed quickly inside her, she could tell from experience it was a double balloon type and he quickly inflated it and stood up turning on the flow as he did so.

“2 quarts should do” he said.

As she felt her self fill up and the cramps began she started taking slow short breaths, she nearly cried out when she felt the last of the soapy water flow into her and still he stood there. All she could see was his back boots about 2 inches from her face.

After about five minutes he finally told her to stand up. “Now don’t let any leak out while I remove the tube or you’re in trouble” he said slapping her ass as he did so. She could wept as he pointed to the toilet “go on and then shower” was all he said as he left the room.

After she had cleaned herself up and had a nice hot shower she used one of the large fluffy towels to dry herself as she walked back into her bedroom.

Looking round she saw a small window that ran almost the length of the room above the bed it was about 6ft from the floor and she could see the sky through the bars. She remembered coming down lots of stars after dinner last night and concluded they must be in the basement.

She looked over at bed to see what Joe had left for her to wear and was dismayed to see it was a patient’s gown; she had no option to put it on as there was nothing else to wear, fastening it at the front so it didn’t gape too much at the back. She felt very exposed and sat down on the edge of the bed, Joe had left a slice of toast and a glass of water which she devoured quickly.

After about 30 minutes Joe returned and asked her to follow him. Her feet were cold on the stone tiles outside her room as the walked to the end of a short corridor and into a room.

Looking round she noted it looked like any other Doctors office with rows of cabinets and an exam table in the middle.

“Hop up on the table and lie down” Joe said gesturing to the table.

Cassie did as she was told and lay looking up at the ceiling with her arms by her sides and feet together.  She suddenly felt very nervous and wished she hadn’t eaten the toast.

Joe moved to the side of the table, undid the gown letting it fall loose at each side of her, he then reached across and pulled a large strap over the tops of her arms and chest buckling it tightly. Next he retrained her wrists and buckled another strap across her middle.

Cassie was getting frightened now and opened her mouth to protest even though she knew it was against the rules, just as she did so Joe pushed a large ball gag into it and her words became muffled noises as he buckled it up.

Joe then folded out some stirrups from the said of the table and one at a time he put Cassie’s knees into them strapping her in as he did so, he then dropped the end of the table away so her ass was at the edge and pushed her legs back so her knees were near her shoulders and her legs were wide open, then he  locked the stirrups in place.

Part of Cassie’s training had been to keep herself shaved so Joe didn’t have to worry about that, he pulled a metal trolley over to the cabinets and started arranging instruments ready for the Doctor to arrive.

Cassie could hear the sound of metal as Joe was getting organised and feel the cool air on her most private parts, she wondered what was going to happen, her last master had never done anything like this, he had just used toys on her and he and his friends had just had sex with her, she was starting to panic and as she couldn’t move there was nothing she could do about her situation but wait.

Chapter 3 – Exam part one

The Doctor walked into the room, “ah good your all ready” was all he said.

He walked over where Joe was putting the last of the instruments on the tray and Cassie heard him snap on latex gloves.  He walked to the foot of the table and smiled down at his patient. “Well Cassie I hope you’re comfortable we are in for a long day”.

The Doctor reached up and adjusted the exam lights hanging from the ceiling switching them on as he did so. He then adjusted the low stool Joe had positioned for him to sit on so he was the right height positioned between her spread legs.

“Cassie I’m going to try not to hurt you, but I’m not going to lie there are times when your going to feel some pain and want me to stop”  he watched as her eyes widened in fright “but I’ll try to keep the discomfort to a minimum” he added.

Somehow Cassie wasn’t sure she believed him, she was stating to feel quite panicky but Joe had done a good job of strapping her down.  She watched as out of the corner of her eye she saw Joe wheel the tray of instruments so it was next to her left leg he then pulled over another stool and sat next to her left arm. It meant that whatever he passed the Doctor Cassie would get a good look of first.

The Doctor reached between Cassie’s legs and with his left hand spread the lips of her Vulva, “ok swabs first” he said to no one in particular reaching out to take the first swab offered with the other hand he used it to gently cleanse the whole area discarding them after one use and taking the next.

“Ok pass me the forceps I’m going to use them to keep the Labia open so I have both hands free” said the Doctor

Cassie groaned as the forceps were attached to the sensitive skin and Joe pulled them outwards attaching them will a pulley system to the table he made sure they were stretched tight.

The Doctor then took a small cotton bud swab from Joe and inserted it into Cassie’s Urethra gently swabbing all the way down to where he felt resistance at the start of her bladder and back out again he then discarded it.

“ok Cassie we are going to perform a Cystoscopy, that’s a procedure that enables me to view the inside of your bladder and urethra in great detail using a specialized endoscope (a tube with a small camera used to perform tests and surgeries) called a cystoscope.” Said the Doctor

He took the Cystoscope from Joe and with his left hand found the position of Cassie’s Urethral Orifice and with his right hand started to insert the Cystoscope.

Cassie took a deep breath through her nose as she felt it slide down towards her bladder, she felt a slight tugging sensation as it entered into her bladder and Cassie stared to feel full as the doctor started the flow of saline solution. As her bladder stated to fill Cassie started to feel uncomfortable.

“Very good Cassie, your doing very well” said the doctor

“mmmmmm” moaned Cassie as she started to feel like she really needed to pee.

“ok I have all the information I need” said the Doctor as he emptied cassie’s bladder and removed the Cystoscope passing it back to Joe.

The doctor started to take off his gloves and for one minute Cassie dared to hope that the exam was over but just as this thought entered her head Joe passed the doctor a clean pair and she heard the now familiar sound of  him snapping them back in place.

“ok lubricant please Joe” he said as Joe put some on his outstretched first and middle fingers.

Cassie felt the Doctor rubbing lubricant around her anus in much the same way as Joe had earlier that morning when he gave her an enema, She felt the Doctor insert his finger and move it around, he then moved it in and out a few times “relax Cassie and this will be much easier” he said.

She hadn’t even realized that she was clenching, but she guessed it was because she was so nervous, so far she hadn’t felt much pain, but he’d said she might. She knew the doctor had her notes from her previous master and guessed they contained details about what he had inserted into her and how wide she had been stretched her in the past. She knew the maximum she had taken was about 4 1/2 inches and that it had made her feel full, she defiantly didn’t want to take anything bigger than that.

She felt the Doctor insert a second finger and start moving it in and out until it was all the way in. “very good Cassie, nice and tight” he remarked as he removed his fingers from her ass.

“Ok I’m just going to insert this Anal Speculum” Said the Doctor reaching over to take it from Joe. Cassie felt the cool metal at the entrance to anus, the doctor pushed it slowly against her sphincter and she felt it slip inside her pushing the walls of her ass open.

“ok Cassie I’m just going to open this up now but only to 2 ˝ inches and we both know that you have taken much bigger” he said confirming her earlier thoughts. 

She felt the metal jaws begin to widen and although she felt slightly uncomfortable it didn’t really hurt.

After some time probing about the doctor removed the speculum from Cassie’s ass “ok time to open you up a bit wider Cassie” he announced. “I also noticed you have a small polyp in there and left alone they have a slight chance of turning cancerous so I’m going to remove it, Joe can you pass me the retractor please” he added turning to his assistant

As he passed it over Cassie noted that it didn’t look all that dissimilar from the speculum the doctor had just removed just bigger with a long bar along the bottom and 2 blades instead of 3, she felt it slide into her ass in much the same way, and when he started to open it she felt much the same, only this time he pushed the jaws open further, she when he reached 4 ˝ inches he stopped and Cassie breathed out heavily though her nose in relief .

“ok Cassie the retractor opens up to 8 inches, I’m going to inject a slight muscle relaxant into your sphincter now just to help things along a bit” the doctor said.

Tears were poring from Cassie’s eyes and behind the gag she was making muffled screaming noises she watched as the doctor lifted the needle from Joe and felt him put the top of is against her anus. As the needle slipped into the soft skin she bucked against the restraints in pain, but she didn’t even move an inch off the table, she felt a hot sensation as he pressed the plunger in a little way, he did this twice more then gave the needle back to Joe. “See that wasn’t so bad he said” as Cassie was taking deep breaths in through her nose “it’s not an anesthetic you understand it will just help you relax down there a little bit” he smiled

She felt him start to move the retractor blades a little further apart “mmmmmmm” she cried. She felt as if her ass was being torn apart and the longer her ass was forced open the more it started to hurt, after what seemed like forever the doctor stopped moving the blades “ ok well that’s wide enough for today Cassie, we still have another inch and a half to work with at a later date” he said.

Taking a strange looking tool from Joe,  Cassie felt a small tugging sensation in her ass but it didn’t hurt, next she saw the doctor take a large swab after his hands when down between her thighs and out of view Cassie felt the worst pain she had ever felt in her entire life, it made the stretching look like nothing and she passed out for a second or two

“its ok Cassie the polyp is gone and I’m just cleaning out a couple of small tears, you don’t want to get an infection do you?” the doctor asked. “don’t worry I don’t think they are big enough to need stitches but I’m just going to leave some gauze in your rectum to absorb any blood then we will have a look to see if they are still bleeding later”

Cassie felt the sensation of something being placed in her ass and as the doctor closed the retractor her ass closed around it, after he slid the blades out of her being careful not to dislodge the gauze she was left with the sensation of feeling slightly full.

“Joe and I are going to leave you alone for half an hour while we take a little break, I think we have earned it you have been a very good patient”

and with that the Doctor and Joe left the room
