Stephanie Zarich sucked in hard as she lit another cigarette. Her passenger Julie Fleming instinctively wound down the window of the Lincoln convertible and breathed in the fresh though breezy air from outside.” Sorry Hun but cant do without my ciggies”.

Stephanie Zarich was now getting slightly concerned. They had been driving for miles without seeing any signs for there intended destination Hobbs, New Mexico.

“Can you check the map again sweetheart this is not the fucking place to get lost especially as I want to get laid in El Paso tonight”

“Sure” said Julie, “but you probably need a grid reference round this neck of the woods”.

Both women laughed and Stephanie started to relax. After all there was only this collection to make and then on to El Paso to meet her current squeeze. She was getting wet at the thought.

It seemed like hours since the women had left Fortworth, Texas. Stephanie Zarich was 39 years old, divorced and following a messy divorce from her husband, took up her current employment with the Fortex debt collection agency. Not a great job but at least it paid the bills. Having already made arrangements to spend the weekend in El Paso with her latest toy boy she had agreed to stop on the way to make a collection on her way from Fortworth.

Her travelling companion was Julie Fleming, 36 years old and also divorced. She had joined the agency two months previous. The women had gelled at once, through their mutual problematic divorces, their love of similar music and both having a perchant for well hung toy boys. Her cousin lived in El Paso, so it made sense to share the job with Stephanie, share the $200 commission and get wrecked with her cousin for the weekend.

This was the second time they had actually been paired for a job together. The agency normally insisted that on first visits to a booked collection there was a male presence, but as this was on the way to there weekend in El Paso, the agency Manager Jeff Nadler had reluctantly agreed to allow the two women to make the stop off.

It was to be straightforward collection.

Deborah Ramirez, 33 years old, was a prostitute who had failed to pay her court fines for soliciting in Austin, Texas. Numerous letters had been sent with no response until one day out of the blue, she had replied agreeing to pay the outstanding amount and gave an address in Hobbs, New Mexico. She had given the address and the date she would be available to pay the debt.

This fitted in perfectly with Stephanie and Julies travelling plans.

Julie reviewed the paperwork from the agency. “This will be a cinch. 3 convictions for picking up johns in Austin. Already done 20 hours voluntary service but failed to make her $800 fines. Wonder why she has agreed to pay now?

“Clear the slate” said Stephanie.” Most of these street hookers know the score. Sure, she fucked up and got caught, but I bet she don’t want to end up in the slammer having to eat the cunt of some butch dyke”. Julia shuddered at the thought. “What a thought. I’ll stick to cocks please”. Both women again burst into laughter. “So glad you said that” said Stephanie lighting up another cigarette.

“Hey we have just passed a wooden sign. Stop” said Julia. Stephanie braked and stuck the car in reverse. “That’s it, Mulberry Farm .Up that dirt track”. “  

“ Thank fuck for that” said Stephanie, “ lets get this over and done with real quick”.
