Synopsis:
The SPCP is an offshoot of the SPCA. They're the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Petslaves. Sort of a spoof of the SPCA/animal rescue shows on TV, but with human petslaves instead of dogs and cats and horses, etc. Enjoy!
