The story was pretty good. It was a little choppy and rushed but all-in-all pretty good. (7/10)

Well done. I agree to some of bigone's suggestions, and I am looking forward to read more parts. (9/10)

It is easy to suggest improvements. The character of Jean is introduced too suddenly, and therefore Jenny's humiliation before Jean is not nearly as effective as it should be. The husband should be introduced, and probably fall under Rosa's sway. He should agree to the sale at the end, with the understanding that he will be Rosa's new toilet slave and cleanup servant. And Jenny's services should include inhaling Rosa's farts and serving as toilet paper after she shits.
But still, it is a very sweet story. I particularly liked the armpit scene, and the emphasis on Jenny's fascination with Rosa's black-haired muff. Who wouldn't be captivated?
I suggest the author do a rewrite, which could easily turn a very good story into a great one. (9/10)
