The author is obviously talented with a wry sense of humor and the ability to create very interesting versions of what have become cliches' in the hands of most writers. SG is an extremely complex personality who appears to be part Justine, part Blunderbroad, with perhaps just a pinch of O thrown in for seasoning. The sex and violence, which makes up very little of any of his stories, still seems gratuitous, almost unsettling. This coupled with his penchant for those thing dark makes it a challenge to truly enjoy what he had produced. Regardless of my personal opinions, I must recognize Torrent as a major new talent in the field. (8/10)

- Thanks for the review. I wasn't really satisfied with "Resurrection," but I couldn't figure out why. C'est la vie -- and back to the word processor.
