Nice story, a bit excessive in its portrayal of English slang accent, and on the lighter side of fiction, with events not taken too seriously by the author. Overall, a nice read. (7/10)

I had trouble with this one. I didn't mind the racial stuff, or the rape, but the mutilation of the language by the characters (not the author, though there might be some blame to be laid there too) was just atrocious. I realize that as an American, and from the British viewpoint, I can hardly complain about atrocities committed to the English language. But through this entire story I couldn't help hearing a brutal Cockney accent that just mangled the story. In essence, it was like reading about an American trailer park redneck who has two trucks up on cinder blocks in their front yard doing something similar. It was... awful to endure.

That said, and from the perspective of the narrating character, the story was well written. I didn't see many glaring errors in the narrative, though the author still has problems with run-on sentences and disconnected concepts, but some of that might have been characterization, where the author was writing like the narrator SPEAKS.

There wasn't much of a plot arch, but I suppose the acceptance of the Muslim girl to the depredations of the narrator were enough to be called a "climax". To be honest, I didn't feel much sexual tension in this story.

You wait a month or two and then two come along together, for some bizarre reason Broadsword has submitted two totally different stories on an inter racial theme almost simultaneously, and played inter racial rape for laughs, I really felt Alan and John were real people by the end. Very strange, but I found it very enjoyable. (9/10)
