    | | A nice, short vignette. While I do not mind and sometimes enjoy that not everything is fully explained, I feel that such an extreme operation deserves some more background (a few more hints, really) to feel better justified. (7/10)

    | | Some more characterization and the background that led to such an extreme action would have made this a better story. (7/10)

    | | You know, there's a Eunuch Stories archive that would give this story more love. (8/10)

    | | Some people write like most men fuck: having an orgasm in the fourth sentence is seriously throwing the reader into the wetness of the action --and I hope not an indication of the author's tempo as to his private humpings. "Mira", besides taking off like a V-Max on ethanol, is finished before you can get comfy in yer chair. Not that the story is rushed. It's just, well, short.
The word 'story' is in fact a slight exaggeration. "Mira" is an excerpt from a bigger picture, a culmination, so to speak, of the result of an elaborate relationship between three people.
As such, it is a pity that this whole relationship wasn't put to paper.
This being said, "Mira" is a nice read. Well written too. Not enough character development and a tad short on eroticism, but a nice read still.
