The story is really good, I liked the description of Elisa's torture room. Very exciting! I was really read that with my breath rate increased. (10/10)

Not bad. Though the first-person narrative doesn't work that well, here. Gives too much of an impression we're dealing with a shallow review shoehorned into a "60-minutes" documentary-style format.
The introduction also gave the impression of being, well, an introduction. But it isn't, as the only thing that is introduced is the narrator and some vague impression of someone being a 'mistress' of some sorts.
Seems like BruisedNipples got tired of introducing pretty quick and dove off into the thick of the action right from paragraph two.
Which is nice. Unless you like some variation. When you do, then things get pretty boring pretty quick, because it is hard to maintain the same level of tension all the way through when you've got nothing else to describe than one extreme situation after the other.
It's like watching a reel of NASCAR/Formula One accidents. Some amazing stuff there, but after the fifth crash, you tend to grope for the remote and fast-forward the lot in search of something that is even more spectacular. Since real life accidents aren't 'made-in-Hollywood', the crash-DVD gets the thumbs down after having gone halfway through it. So does "Extreme Toyland".
BruisedNipples can write though. So, I'll be on the look-out for her/his next story, then. Hopefully, one with an eye for more than a raunchy fuckfest. Not that there's anything wrong with the latter. It just gets boring after a short while.
