Another story which lost its reviews in the December 2009 server breakdown...
I remember finding this a delicious story, with our heroine Kylie being of the most pliable variety.
A few questions arose about the set-up of Kylie been thrown out by her mom. A mom who's so protective about her girl, but kicks her out almost in the nude...
Anyway, the best thing about this story --besides its plotline-- are the dialogues and musings. Enticing stuff. Never off also, but rather nicely flowing conversations which never ring false or stilted.
Good, solid writing.

PS: what happened to "My Mother is a Whore"? Story only gives "error" when clicked...
I remember that very short essay as one of the best shorts I read... (10/10)
