Punctuation not withstanding, I really enjoyed the start to this story. Regarding the story synopsis, clearly there are more parts to come, though must admit I'd prefer to see Ms Lord continue on her merry way bullying her assistant, perhaps even joining forces with the new director to really humiliate the girl. But that's just personal preference, I still look forward to future chapters! (8/10)

Excellent beginning! I'm the fan of this kind of stories. Wait for the next chapters. Especially liked the moment describing how Rebecca was humiliated in the school. (10/10)

I would have to agree with JJ's assessment.
The opening of this story held me riveted and had quite a deal of promise to it and I was looking forward to seeing REbecca Lord get her cumuppance.
Unfortunately after reading the story twice, I am still waiting to discover how, when and where 'the arrogant company director is going to learn her place in the world the hard way', as inferred in the story's synopsis. (perhaps this is coming in a future chapter)
When the writer introduced Angela Stone into the story, I expected, (as appeared to be the natural flow of the story at that point), that the new MD was going to put the Personnel Director in her place.
Instead, what we got was the arrogant company director further bullying and demeaning her personal assistant.
I'm sure there's a story something akin to what the synopsis intimates somewhere in the writer's head, however, this work certainly isn't that. (5/10)

A rather unbalanced affair, I'm afraid.
Story doesn't seem to know where it wants to go; persue the 'Tanya' direction, or the 'Angela Stone' road...
For some reason, the different chapters (with their different subjects) don't seem to fit together. But maybe that'll change with the addition of new material.
also, a lot of punctuation errors and comma's that went AWOL.
A nice read, though, well worth to keep an eye on.
