An interesting, yet unfinished story. The author has opted not to inform the reader up front of the alternate society in which this story plays out, and he manages to slowly bring it to attention. Very nice touch.
The reason why I'm calling it unfinished is that he skips segments, then revisits them, only in some cases he's forgotten to do that. It's filled with notes like [More text here] or [Add description later]. Though slightly annoying, and denying the work a higher rating, it still doesn't prevent this from being a very interesting afternoon read.
I hope this chapter gets finished, and more chapters get added, because I really wanna see how this turns out :D
