Decent premise, but like many authors here you need to learn the difference between "showing" and "telling". TELLING the reader that Charlie's parents are rich isn't as interesting as DEMONSTRATING that they're rich ... which could be accomplished fairly simply. The lengthy exposition by Amy about her tutor was boring as hell and didn't sound like a teenager talking at all. It sounded like the author doing exposition. (6/10)
