The only reason I won't go higher than a nine rating, is because the 'story' is too short to warrant a higher score. On the other hand --and that's why I go against the grain of those who rated before me-- I found the premise to be very interesting: a short, telegram style supenae written in this burocrat fashion which often is sinister in its own right. The content of the letter surely adds to the dismay of those at the receiving end. Also, I found the story to be rather brilliant, at least, the idea behind it. Reminds me of shorts by the likes of Isaac Asimov, Philip K. Dick or Arthur C. Clarke. Contrary to schoolboylv, I found nothing 'sickening' in "Lot#59202". There's far more sickening things happening in real life. Especially when governments are involved. A pity some 'reviewers' seem rather short-sighted. JJ (9/10)
