Thoroughly depressing. There is practically no BDSM sex in this story, only prisoners consoling each other and one used as a comfort girl. I will treat this as a non sex story since I can't imagine this story can turn anyone on.
The prison system is stupid since it seems they only take foreigners. Well that would surely kill the tourism industry really fast. I can just imagine already the picket lines of Amnesty International in front of the embassies. People have no problem vacationing in countries with oppressive regimes but if they start to imprison the tourists that changes very fast.
And it is stupid because of the way they use the prisoners. Ever heard of heavy machinery? They could do this a lot faster than all the prisoners without even basic tools like shovels.
And I doubt many people could do this without dying. The place sounds like a third world country but even with modern medicine people would die like flies.
Last but not least, the story is written as dispassionatly like a SS-Concentration Camp guard doing a report to his superior.
At least grammar and spelling is OK. (4/10)
