Two things put me off right from the start. Pencil-eraser nipples is one. Unless you use pencils with the girth of yer pinkie, that is. The other thing was a forehead tan wrinkling. The skin was prolly waiting at the kitchen sink untill the wrinkling was done. Right. Besides the aformentioned -and the funny accent which holds the middle between an until now undiscovered Scottish accent and something the Banjo player from "Deliverance" would have spoken, should he have talked- "Four Stars" was a delight to read and merits just that. And a half. JJ (9/10)

- Dear jennjenn,
You are most kind. Glad that you enjoyed reading ****. As for reading others, by all means do. Just one caveat. It has been said, and accurately so, that "Four Stars" does depart somewhat from the norm. For more mild fare, your might try "The Bra That Got Away". Otherwise, go for it. Faibhar

Not a typical Faibhar story but chock full of his excellent prose. One of my favorite authors on this site. (9/10)

- Dear "Faithful Companion",
Thank you again for the Review. Things connecting to this site have recently been a bit hinky for whatever reason, but a more lengthy story is set to be posted as soon as the "kinks" are worked out. Hope that you enjoy it too. Faibhar
