This promises to be a bumpy ride. Not that the story is eyewatering bad, not at all, it's just that the start has that air of being interesting and detailed, while it is in fact boring and too general. "Suburban Indian woman" and a "reputed Indian University" may sound good, it isn't exactly an example of deep-rooted research.
Also, I wonder why folks keep cramming whole novels into one-paragraph descriptions. The road to how and why is done away with in exactly two paragraphs, while it should at least have been elaborated on during a couple of chapters...
Anyway, after the rather shaky start, the story settles somewhat, but never reaches a level of believability.
With a bit of work, this story could be transformed into something way, way better, because the ingredients are there. Alas, it wasn't to be.

Great start to an erotic adventure. Look forward to furture installments. Some awkward use of language but easily overlooked because of the content. Well done. (9/10)

Excellent beginning. That she has to go naked to the mens' room used by the guards in the parking garage is very hot. Lots of potential here, and a hot beginnning of a naked slave story. (9/10)
