The descent into slavery is as slow as unexpected. Karen1982 has a nice way of describing the victim's innocence of what has really happened to her long after we know all hope is gone. But why no installment since 2008? This story needs a conclusion. (10/10)

I hope that the time between the other stories and the current one isn't too long. I enjoy this series. (8/10)

An excellent introduction how a girl becomes a slave and realises that she is really a slave and nothing more. Both main characters "come alive" - I almost could feel Claire's desperation. I hope future chapters tell about Claire's live as a broken slave. (10/10)

This reaches out and grabs you. Ripped right out of the reality of today's headlines, the plot is plausible and somewhat frightening to think it could happen--real easy! Well written. Makes me eager to see what comes next for poor Claire. (9/10)

What a refreshing creative start by this authoress "no wham bang thank you mam here"just a cleaverly woven story commencement, although nothing sexual has happend yet she has the wonderful special talent of making you want to come back for more in the knowledge that matters are about to change for this unfortunate girl. With this in mind I will give "Karen1982" a high rating here and now (hope she dose'nt let me down with next instalment of Lost in a Strange land) (10/10)
