Ok. It's well constructed and literate. There is some bdsm in it. But much of the conversation is in French. Some people don't speak French. (6/10)

- I'm not sure how you consider that "much of the conversation is in French". There are 50,000 words in this story, of which by my estimate there are 35 words of French (plus 9 of Italian and a couple of German). In most cases the foreign phrase is translated alongside it when the character repeats themselves in English. I'm sorry if this hindered your enjoyment of the story but I do think your criticism is a little overstated.
For those that want to get individual phrases translated www.google.co.uk/language_tools?hl=en is a great tool. I don't speak French or Italian but I used this to get some of the foreign atmosphere I felt was needed.

- Well thanks, BDSGirl - I did a bit of research for this to try and get it right. I do wonder if its a bit too atmospheric and not BDSM enough in its first few chapters but it seems to be picking up as I progress.

I'm still trying to understand why this story is on this site. (4/10)

- Fair enough, on the basis of the first three chapters. I think the answer will become clear as it progresses. The first few chapters set things up but I think you'll find plenty to the taste of readers here as it moves on.
