Standard tale of blackmail based on some pictures. What follows is the degradation of the blackmailee to such a degree that any sane person would walk out and tell the blackmailer to stuff the pictures.
Of course, we would be without a story then. But now, we don't have one either, since Gent was so cruel as to leave us in the dark about what comes next...

For some weird reason, this story got a very high number of reviews, most of them very enthusiastic. I mean, sure, the writing is good and the premise is appealing but, as some of the people before me noted: this is barely the introductory chapter to something that looks like a long series in the making. Almost completely devoid of 'action' at that. Hopefully there WILL be future installments as the premise looks promising. (7/10)

Someone please explain this to me.
20 reviews, mostly 9s or 10s, in a matter of days. There is not a story here. There is a one chapter intro that is OK.
I've seen long, detailed, well conceived, beautifully done stories, that must have taken a year to write, only receive 4 reviews. I see this all the time!
When/if this turns into a good story, I will increase my rating. I'm keeping my eyes on this to see what on earth is going on!
I'm not the only one to notice this. Someone please explain! (6/10)

So far so good. You have gotton off to a really good start. Interesting twist on a some what familar storyline. It startd off at a good pace.The personality you have developed for each character so far fits in with the story. I look forward to see how things progress. (7/10)

So far nothing much that is original. The writing is above average, but the plot has been done to death. What will separate this from the rest is the way the author executes the trials and tribulations that face the heroine who is straight out of central casting. I'll reserve a final rating until I've seen something more substantial than this exposition. Consider this preliminary number just a bookmark until something more significant occurs. (6/10)
