Blow the other comments, i liked this story very much. It is basically a love story but without becoming to lovey dovey and sentimental, about two people finding things they like doing together.
This author has a great desriptive talent and that just fits this story perfectly, well in my mind anyway. Thank you Ms Gray for an enjoyable read, i hope there will be a part three sometime. (10/10)

I loved the slow sensuality of the piece, very erotic but not the usual fast paced raunchy story. I agree, though, the sudden peaks in hard core, especially the piercing, seem a bit difficult to connect with the timid characters. It can (should!) happen, but needs a bit more buildup. Really great work though, I can't wait to read more. (8/10)

I agree with the previous comments and I also told the author that I think this could be a great story. It has wonderful potential. I love the character of Mei Ling, she's being developed really nicely and I like the way her introduction into bondage is gradual. I think its much more realistic to slowly be introduced to more and more intense scenerios than to suddenly be thrown into it, which is why the last few paragraphs really through me off. I really hope that this story is continued but in the process, that the last few paragraphs in part one are reworked. I like the idea of Mei Ling getting all pierced up, but I think its better to get to that point more naturally.
I'm not sure about the 'day dream' quality that I read in other reviews, but I really liked the way the author took her time, noticing the details, it was nice. I really liked this style and if its continued then as the bondage and body mod. intensifies it will only get better.
So I'm giving it a very good rating because of the potential I see in it. (8/10)

I'm going along with bracemaiden and EstabanBacca on this one. Pleasant, a little dreamy, with a hasty ending. With a little work, this might become a perfectly acceptable 'new' style, but it isn't there yet. Congratulations on trying something new. (7/10)

This piece put me in mind of a silk tapestry whose creator had fallen asleep at the loom. It has a wonderful erotic texture until it goes wrong. The theme has the potential to be worth rewriting and expanding past its present hasty ending. (8/10)

This one sounds more like a day dream than anything else. It was a bit too matter of fact for this reader, and although well written didn't provide much in the erotic sense or the type of complex bondage that is the author's trademark. It also must be noted that the synopsis said nothing about the story; perhaps because it truly was some idle fancy that somehow got turned into words. (5/10)

"Pleasant" is the word that best describes the story. Not hot erotic literature, not a wondrous story of romance. Not trash either. Pleasant. (7/10)
