I think that "author could improve it" is a quite fitting rating. One improvement is the rating. "Light" is listed as "Light bondage, spanking, etc. Just playing and having fun". It is "extreme" that mentions "bloody scenes".
And any guy who thinks that someone can fit something a foot in diameter up there should try fitting a volleyball inside their penis. Just shove it harder, it will fit. In other words, the dimensions need some tweaking.
