I am totally enthralled by the writing, the heat and the plot development. This author knows how to write and provides plenty of proof in this great opening part of what I hope will be an epic saga. This is one well worth reading, especially now that the missing prologue has surfaced in part 2 which is really part 1 all over again. Then again part 1 contained all of part 2. To paraphrase Vinny from Welcome Back Kotter, "I'm so confused!" (9/10)

Kind of a rough start, but the best is indeed saved for last here. Looking forward to further adventures (8/10)

Excellently written story. It seemed to me that the pace of the brisk, yet refreshing in it's flow. This is a great foundation for a much larger work. I hope it is a foreshadowing of the possiblities to come. (9/10)
