I am not exactly sure, but it seems to me that this would have been the story where Dolcett introduced us to the idea of recreational Gynophagia, and showing us the live spitting of a girl. If that's the case, then he had a lot of work to do that did not necessarily convey eroticism. But it is part of the Dolcett's skill as a yarnspinner that he was able to adapt this concept to comics at all, much less do it erotically. Fire-bird has taken a concept that required a lot of thought, and adapted it well. Taken in the context of being an introduction to Dolcett's gynophagia work, this story is a success on all levels. (8/10)

When you consider just how "visual" Dolcett stories are, you are doing a very good job of capturing and translating those images into story form.
