A rewrite giving more details about the progression,
such as the size and shape or the pains with a slow calendar report, might work better.
Except for the anal work of the hero, all other things are just part of the decorum so far, and it seems to be some inconsistencies (e.g.: at the end, in his shower, he remove a dildo, but where does it come from ?)
Unless rewritten, I would categorize that story as:
m-self, toys, fisting. (5/10)
