Interesting premise, but no character development at all. It seems to be the start of a long story, but the first two parts could use some rework prior to moving forward. (4/10)

This is obviously the short beginning to a longer story. Very effective as far as its' turn on quotient. I'm looking forward to seeing more of the story. (7/10)

Starts off well enough with some good character descriptions but there is no real development from there (none of the characters seem especially appealing, by the way). There don't appear to be any particular reasons for why things happen as the story progresses, though this may be a product of it being such a short tale. Use of the spelling and grammar checker would have helped too. (4/10)

- Part 2 contains no real character development from Part 1 and is written in a style I found awkward. I lost count of the sentences that started with "then such-and-such happened", which gave the impression of someone reeling off a series of events rather than trying to bring the story to life. The premise of the story - though not very believable - is quite appealing to me but its execution still leaves a lot to be desired. Still rates a 4 in my book.
