Betsy, a young circus performer, spooks the horses the carriage taking decadent Lord Haversham and his wife home. Although she saves the coach from disaster, his Lordship decides she must be punished. However, she is befriended by his disabled son. The two fall in love but finding there is no hope of her marrying him, Betsy joins another circus only to find the ringmaster and his wife want her to perform in their bed as well as the ring. |

More romantic than most found here, but it has its moments... My only questions are, why were two menchasing Betsy at the beginning, and who were they? (8/10)
