The legend says that 500 years ago the farmers killed the Earl of Roetteln Castle. Roetteln Castle is on the beginning of the Black Forest in southern Germany. The Lord who lived in the Castle was called the Devil from Roetteln Castle, because he forced each year the farmers to send him a virgin to be the mother of his next child. |
