Bill awakened early. His initial enthusiasm over the prospect of training a new

who was redressing. Noting that Denise had removed her collar Bill commanded
"Did I give you permission to remove your collar". "No sir" snickered Denise. "I
think you need some remedial training" Bill said smilingly. It was only 9:00
Saturday morning. Denise knew she had a long day in store for her.
